Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Faberlog is a job management software-as-a-service platform designed for skilled tradespeople. It provides tools for managing customers, jobs, work phases, payments, invoices, and file attachments.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Free Plan

Faberlog offers a Free plan with the following limitations:

  • Maximum 10 active jobs at any time
  • Unlimited customers
  • File attachments
  • Basic feature set

We reserve the right to modify the Free plan limitations at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Pro Plan Subscription

The Pro plan costs €9 per month, billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorise Paddle to charge the applicable fees on a recurring monthly basis.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Faberlog, including customer information, job details, work phases, payment records, and file attachments. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Upload malicious code or files
  • Use the Service to store illegal content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Free plan is provided on a “best effort” basis with no guaranteed uptime SLA. Pro plan users who experience a major outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours in a billing period may request a refund for that month.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faberlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
